Big news - Flex and Let now live on Open GI
Two of our key products Flex and Let are now available on Open GI, with additional software houses to follow throughout 2016.
Branded eFlex and eLet, these products provide a full cycle EDI solution that delivers competitively priced cover, guaranteed 'quotability' and low operational cost for all your clients non standard household and UK residential landlords insurance requirements - whilst still offering you the opportunity to access dedicated underwriting support directly from the Plum Online Portal (POP) via your existing facility for Flex and Let for larger or more complex risks
eFlex covers buildings, contents and valuables/personal possessions for properties with underwriting features including, but not limited to, non standard construction, listed buildings and previously underpinned properties. It also caters for holiday / weekend / weekday homes, let holiday homes, shared properties/lodgers and unoccupied domestic properties.

eLet provides landlords buildings and landlords contents with the same wide underwriting appetite. As well as properties with non standard risk features, it caters for a broad range of tenancies including professional, benefits assisted and students.

Accessing these products on Open GI
As you already have an agency with us, you have automatically been given access to both eFlex and eLet, and the steps needed to activate this, including confirmation of the e-Trade agency reference number, have been issued by separate e-mail. If you need this to be re-sent, please contact agency@plum-underwriting.com
Business as usual...
If you don't have access to Open GI there's no need to worry, your existing facility with Plum remains unaffected and you can continue to access Flex, Let and all of our other products via the Plum Online Portal. If you need a reminder of your username and password, please email agency@plum-underwriting.com
