Simply log in with your username and password and you will have automatic access to quote, there is nothing further for you to do.



Let is for your clients who are UK Residential Landlords. It can cover both buildings and landlord's contents for a wide range of types of tenancy and includes:

  • Full Accidental Damage cover on buildings
  • The option to cover landlord's contents
  • Unauthorised use of electricity, gas, oil and water
  • Optional rent guarantee coverage
  • Automatic Legal Expenses protection
  • £2m Public Liability as standard

Wide underwriting appetite
Let isn't just for 'clean' risks. As you would expect from Plum we will also look at 'non standard' landlord risks (poor claims history, non standard construction, bankruptcy and so on) - so if you're finding it difficult to place, or renew your client's let home, come to us.

Let has been built as an online "Quote and Buy" product, so provided the risk fits our online acceptance criteria, you can buy online without referral to our underwriting team. Make sure you talk to us if you need assistance on the premium and terms!
