Renovating the policy
Here at Plum we’re constantly looking to improve our products. We’ve been listening to your feedback on HomeWorks and we’re pleased to announce that from 1st April 2013 there are even more good reasons why you should choose HomeWorks for your clients.
You can now insure the home's general contents
There is no longer a need to hold a separate policy for the contents. In addition to covering the existing structure, the building works and the property owner’s liability exposures in a single policy, HomeWorks can now also cover the homeowner’s general contents.
Legal Helpline service from Arc Legal Assistance
The policy now provides access to a 24 hour legal helpline, offering advice on any private legal problem and access to a free online legal document service. The service is automatically included and provided by Arc Legal Assistance.
An updated policy wording, with subsidence cover included as standard
The wording has been reviewed and updated and now automatically includes subsidence to the existing structure as standard.
